Isabella's Cookies web store is located in Redondo Beach, CA. All orders are shipped from this location via Federal Express. We offer a full range of shipping options including….

Shipping soft baked fresh cookies can be tricky, because nobody likes smushed cookies. But we are experts at it, so rest assured your cookies will arrive at your door safe and sound. Please familiarize yourself with our shipping rates and policies before you order: We take as much care in shipping your order as we do in making our products. Each order is hand packed and shipped via Federal Express.

Please note that Federal Express cannot ship to a PO Box and requires a physical street address. To ensure delivery, please be certain to include company name, suite and apartment numbers when apprpriate. Unless you specify that a signature is required, the package will be left at the driver's discretion. There is an additional Federal Express charge for orders requiring a signature.

Orders received by 9:00 AM PST will be shipped the same business day. Orders received after 9:00 AM PST will be shipped the following business day. We do not process or ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. The ship to location determines when your package will be delivered. Please refer to the Federal Express zone map below for specific delivery information (Please note that Federal Express does not guarantee shipping days.)

We recommend that you add 1 business day to orders shipping during High Volume Seasons and during months where severe weather may affect delivery schedules. Please refer to Federal Express Holiday Shipping Guide for more information

Can I ship internationally?

We can ship internationally. We ship via Federal Express International, and the cost can range from $100-$250 to ship overseas. To ship to Canada via International Ground the minimum shipping cost is $32. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any packages that we ship internationally. Please call us at 1.877.318.1920 for a shipping quote or to place an international order. (This includes Canada).

Sugar Rush & Specialty Shipping Note

If your order is shipping to a warm location, then the shipping was upgraded to 2nd Day Air to make sure your cookies do not melt in transit. Highly perishable items like theSugar Rush are also upgraded. Please read the product care information in the package when you receive your order. Our Sugar Rush Cookies requires special handling when shipped to areas with warm weather and warm seasons. To ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, orders shipped to areas that are over 75 degrees will be automatically changed to 2nd day air.

Cooling Materials!

Shipping cookies is tricky business. We work hard to ensure that our cookies are delivered fresh and in good condition. To reduce the risk of melted cookies on orders in transit to warmer climates (75 degrees and higher), we have added ice packs to your order for a $10 fee.

Local Delivery

Our Redondo Beach bakery can messenger your order for Same Day Delivery for $X. Restrictions may apply. For local delivery within Los Angeles, you can place your order online (order by 9:00 AM for delivery by 5pm, by 11:00 AM for delivery by 7:00 PM) and choose Los Angeles Courier as your shipping method. You can ship to multiple addresses by clicking the 'SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES' button on the shopping bag page.

What is the Status of My Order?

You will receive an email directly from Federal Express as soon as your order ships with your tracking number. Track your order here with your Federal Express tracking number. If you have not yet received an email, feel free to contact us at orders@isabellascookies.com and we will get right back to you

Will My order Require A Signature:

We do not send your order with a signature required. If no one is available to receive the package, it will be left at the door. For this reason, please make sure the recipient has been notified that your gift is on its way. We are not responsible for orders delayed or for missing, stolen or damaged packages after they are delivered. Residential addresses typically do not require a signature and if left, Federal Express drivers are instructed to leave packages "out of sight & out of weather". HOWEVER, if there is no one there to accept the package, and the Federal Express driver does not feel comfortable leaving it for ANY reason, s/he is NOT required to leave the package. Business addresses do require a signature, but not necessarily from the recipient whose name is on the box. Anyone in the building is able to sign for the package. Please be sure to include the company name and floor/suite number if you are sending to an office building. *Important note on apartments: When delivering to apartment buildings, Federal Express drivers typically do not leave packages without signature unless there is a concierge, a mail room or a building manager available to sign on behalf of the recipient. Typing "please leave without signature" as part of the shipping address does not guarantee that the package will be released without signature. Please be sure to include the apartment number - delivery will be delayed without this address information.

Can I Make a Change to My Order?

If you notice an error on your order, please notify us at orders@isabellascookies.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to fix the error before your order is shipped.

Can I Pick Up My Order?

We offer a pick up option for all online orders at our production kitchen store during our regular hours Monday- Friday 11pm-4pm . Choose the "In Store Pick Up" option. We will have it packed up and ready for you. (insert address)

Isabella's Cookies offers you the following shipping methods for your order

FEDERAL EXPRESS GROUND
Fulfillment Time:
Ground Orders are shipped within 1-3 days
Delivery Times:
1-5 Business Days within the contiguous United States and 3-7 business days to and from Alaska and hawaii. Check transit times on the chart.
Service Days:
Tuesday-Friday. Delivery is between 9am and 8pm. There is no shipping on Saturday & Sunday, so if you order late in the afternoon on Friday, your order may not ship until the following Tuesday and three days will be added to your transit time.
Delivery Area:
Available throughout all 50 states.
Package Size and Weight:
Up to 70 lbs. each; 108" in length; 165" in length plus girth (L+2W+2H). That's a whole lot of cookies to enjoy!
Exceptions:
Federal Express Ground cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

FEDERAL EXPRESS SMART POST
Are you shipping to an PO Box, APO or FPO? FedEx Smart Post allows you to ship to types of addresses that are normally undeliverable by FedEx. All packages are transfered from FedEx to the US Postal Service for delivery.
Fulfillment Time:
Smart Post orders are shipped within 1-3 days.
Delivery Times:
Typically 2 to 7 business days within the contiguous U.S., based on the final destination ZIP code. Longer transit times to destinations outside the contiguous U.S.
Service Days:
Monday-Saturday. Delivery is between 9am and 8pm. There is no shipping on Saturday or Sunday, so if you order late in the afternoon on Friday, your order may not ship until the following Monday.
Delivery Area:
Domestic APO, FPO, and PO Boxes only.
Package Size and Weight:
Maximum weight is 70 lbs; maximum length and girth is 130 inches.
Exceptions:
All international APO, FPO, and PO Boxes.
FEDERAL EXPRESS SAVER
Do you need your cookies in a hurry, but dont want to pay expensive express shipping? Try Express Saver!
Delivery Times:
By 4:30 p.m. in 3 business days to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences).
Deadlines:
Your order must be placed by 9:00 AM to be shipped out on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped out the following day and if placed on Friday, may not be shipped until the following Monday. Order your cookie gifts by 9:00 to be on the safe side.
Service Days:
Monday-Friday Only. Order by 9:00 AM PST to guarantee shipping that day.
Delivery Area:
Available throughout all 50 states.
Package Size and Weight:
Up to 150 lbs. each; 119" in length; 165" in length plus girth (L+2W+2H). We double-dog-dare you to eat this much popcorn.
Exceptions:
Not avaliable for Alaska or Hawaii shipments.
FEDERAL EXPRESS 2-DAY
If you're in a hurry but don't need your gourmet cookies sent overnight, this is the way to go. It'll cost a bit more but you won't have to worry about missing an important date or somebody's birthday.
Delivery Times:
By 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences)
Deadlines:

If you forgot somebody's birthday or waited until the last possible moment to do your holiday shopping (Shame on you!), you might consider this option to stay out of the doghouse. This method provides an economical solution if you need delivery by the next day.

Isabella's cookie company was founded on three basic principles. First, only the finest ingredients are used to generate a consistent product every time.
Real butter, sweet vanilla, and wholesome chocolate and peanut butter are used in every batch to produce my 1/3 pound cookie creations! Second, freshness
is crucial to the enjoyment of my treats. Because they do not contain any artificial ingredients or preservatives, they only have a fourteen day shelf life before
they begin to lose their freshness, but they never last that long! Third, satisfaction is guaranteed with every treat. Your sweet tooth will be satisfied!
