We're known for our fresh baked (and Kosher) goodies. All of our products are all-natural and delicious! We are a company of people who are passionate about keeping our customers satisfied.

Does Isabella's have it's own retail store?

Where did the name Isabella's Cookies come from?

Jennifer named the company after a close family friend.

Where are the treats made?

Isabella's Cookie Company is located in Redondo Beach, California. That's Southern California to rest of the world!

Does Jennifer make all the cookies?

Jennifer oversees the baking of the cookies. She is in the kitchen every day, and even schedules time to try new recipes each week.

Where can I find the nutritional information for your products?

This feature will be available online soon! In the meantime, please do not hesitate to call or e-mail us about a particular product's nutritional information.

How long will the products retain it's freshness?

Our products are ALL natural which means they do not contain artificial ingredients or preservatives! On every product label, we stamp an "enjoy by date" which indicates how long your product will retain its quality and freshness.

Can the products be frozen to keep longer?

Yes, we recommend that you enjoy your goodies as soon as they arrive, but they can be frozen. When you are ready to serve, thaw at room temperature for approximately one hour.

Can you explain the shelf life of your products?

Shelf life refers to the length of time the product will remain fresh after you receive it. All of our cookies will remain fresh for 18 days. Our vegan line will stay fresh for 24 days. All cookies should be stored at room temperature until ready to enjoy, however, refrigeration will NOT increase product shelf life. If you do not plan on enjoying your cookies immediately, you can freeze the cookies in their original packaging for up to 4 months, as long as they remain sealed. For the best tasting experience, bring cookies to room temperature before indulging.

Do your products contain nuts?

Currently, we ARE using PEANUTS and TREE NUTS in some of our products. We follow a strict allergen control program, where we do a chemical clean up upon the completion of using the nuts. We also take measures to ensure that there is no co-mingling of ingredients, however given the presence of nuts in our bakery there is always a chance that nut-free products could come into contact with nuts and/or their by-products. Are Isabella's Cookie Company's products certified Kosher?

All of Isabella's Cookie Company's products are certified Kosher Dairy under the supervision of the KOF-K. Our products are Dairy, Non-Cholov Yisroel; Kosher for year-round use, excluding Passover.

Can I make any substitutions to the products on the web site?

Due to our high order-volume, we cannot make any substitutions to what you see on our website - although we would very much like to! We try to provide a large enough variety of individual products as well as medleys so that all of our Isabella's Cookies customers can find something to enjoy.
Don't forget that you can ALWAYS create your own combinations in our custom make your own section.

Are any of your products sugar-free?

Sorry! At this time none of our products are sugar-free - we use only all-natural ingredients and have not yet found a suitable all-natural substitute for pure cane sugar.
We offer a low sugar chocolate chip cookie! Try the Lil' Sweet Bella the next time you order.

Are any of your products vegan?

We have worked very hard to create a line of Isabella's Cookies that are just as enjoyable as our regular line. We have been told that we make the best vegan cookies on the market.

Are your products gluten free?

No, all of our products contain wheat and wheat flour. We are working on perfecting a gluten free line and becoming certified as a gluten free manufacturer.

Are Isabella's products hand made?

Yes, our kitchen staff makes all of the cookie dough by hand, and some of them are hand rolled. However, we have cookie manufacturing equipment to help us with things like keeping up with all the cookie orders.

What makes Isabella's Cookies different than other cookies?

Our varieties and crazy cookie combinations make our cookies unique. We believe you can put almost anything in a cookie!

What if I am not satisfied with my product?

Our bakery works night and day to ensure that our products are tasty and fresh, our customers are happy, and our packages are delivered on time. Why are Isabella's Cookies more expensive than other cookies?

We use only the finest ingredients and the highest quality chocolate in all of our products. In addition, we do not use any preservatives in our chocolate, only fresh cream, chocolate, and spices. Our products require a great deal of care.

What is Milk + Bookies?

As the non-profit organization’s “official cookie” supplier, Isabella’s Cookie Company offers their special custom-made Milk + Bookies Cookie. Made with tasty brown sugar and chocolate chips, a portion of the proceeds for each cookie sale goes directly to Milk + Bookies organization thus supporting child literacy and education.

Do your products have partially-hydrogenated fats or oils?

Not at all! We use all natural butter and palm fruit oil in most of our recipes.

Do you use any organic ingredients?

We do use some organic evaporated cane juice sugar and organic brown sugar in some of our recipes.

Will my gift come with the packaging I saw in the photos?

In an effort to ensure that your gift arrives on time, Isabella's Cookies reserves the right to substitute the gift packaging. In making substitutions, we take great care and consideration in choosing gift packaging that will meet or exceed the expectations of both the gift giver and recipient.

Who do you use for a shipping carrier?

Isabella's cookies ships all of our packages via Federal Express.

What type of shipping do you offer?

We currently offer the following types of Federal Express Shipping: Ground, Smart Post, Express Saver, Express 2-Day, Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight, First Overnight.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

We can ship internationally. We ship via Federal Express International, and the cost can range from $100-$250 to ship overseas. To ship to Canada via International Ground, the minimum shipping cost is $32. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any packages that we ship internationally. Please call us at (877) 318.1920 for a shipping quote or to place an international order. (This includes Canada).

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes, we ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Call for a shipping quote.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes, we can ship to P.O. Boxes using the Federal Express SmartPost Service.

Can I have my package delivered on Saturday?

Yes, we can arrange for your package to be delivered on a Saturday. You need to make arrangements in advance by calling our office after you have placed your order.

Can I ship to Multiple Addresses in a Single order?

You can ship to multiple address by clicking the "ship" to multiple addresses buton on the shopping cart page.

Can you add a gift note to my order?

Yes, we can. You will be able to add this during the checkout process.

Which days do you ship and deliver?

Our bakery works throughout the week, but baking and shipping only occurs Monday through Wednesdays. Federal Express delivers on business days (Monday through Friday.) If Federal Express offers Saturday delivery to your shipping area, give us a call at 1(877) 318.1920 to set up Saturday delivery for a flat rate fee.

What time of the day will my package arrive?

Federal Express will deliver from 9:00 AM until 8:00 PM. Typically they will deliver to businesses first, and then to residential addresses.

Does Federal Express require a signature for delivery?

Residential addresses typically do not require a signature. HOWEVER, if there is no one there to accept the package, and the Federal Express driver does not feel comfortable leaving it for ANY reason, s/he is required NOT to leave the package. Federal Express will make three delivery attempts before returning the package to Isabella's Cookies. Federal Express will leave a note on the door following each delivery attempt.
Business addresses do require a signature, but not necessarily from the recipient whose name is on the box. Anyone in the building is able to sign for the package.

Can I specify an exact arrival date?

Yes! The web site will ask for you to do just that. Isabella's Cookies will ensure that your goodies are baked and shipped in time to arrive by your chosen date.

I chose Ground Shipping but it was upgraded to 2nd Day or next Day air?

If your order is shipping to a warm location, then the shipping was upgraded to 2nd Day Air to make sure your cookies do not melt in transit. Highly perishable items like theSugar Rush are also upgraded. Please read the product care information in the package when you receive your order. Our Sugar Rush Cookies requires special handling when shipped to areas with warm weather and warm seasons. To ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, orders shipped to areas that are over 75 degrees will be automatically changed to 2nd day air.

How do I track my package?

Simply sign into your customer account and click on "Check on my order status/history" then click on "Track Order". If you need assistance, email our Customer Service Team at orders@isabellasCookies.com or for immediate assistance, call a Customer Service at (877) 318.1920 anytime. If you do not use e-mail or the internet, do not hesitate to call us - have your order number ready and we'll track your package for you!

Orders may be placed via our ONLINE STORE or by phone at (877)318.1920.

How much time is needed to process an order?

All Orders placed before 9:00 AM PST will ship the same day (MONDAY-WEDNESDAYS). Orders placed on weekends or after 9:00 AM are shipped the following weekday.

How far in advance can I place my order?

As early as you'd like! We will always accept early orders. We'll be sure not to bake your order or charge your credit card until just before the scheduled arrival date - that way, your goodies will arrive fresh out of the oven!

When will my order ship?

All Orders placed before 9:00 AM PST will ship the same day (MONDAY-WEDNESDAYS). Orders placed on weekends or after 9:00 AM are shipped the following weekday.

Where are the orders shipped from?

The orders are shipped from our bakery in Redondo Beach, California.

If I place my order today will it arrive by tomorrow?

For Same Day Shipping, place an order online or call Customer Service @ (877) 318.1920 before 9am PST to place your order. This does not mean, however, that your order will arrive that day. Although we are very fast, we cannot bake, ship, and deliver an order in one day without planning! Click here for information on Federal Express transit times. ALL packages travelling outside Southern California, MUST ship Federal Express Next Day Air in order for the goodies to arrive the following business day.

I just placed an order online. How do I know my order was received?

When you place your order on the website or by phone, if you provide an email address, you will receive an email on the evening that your package(s) ships out from our bakery. This email will contain the tracking number for the package(s), which you can then use to track your package here.

Are descriptions of the cookies included in the package?

Yes, all of our cookies have a product description, which tells you which cookie you are eating.

Can I fax my order to you or send it via e-mail?

Of course! We try to make the ordering process as simple as possible. If you feel more comfortable faxing or e-mailing an order, you can send all order information to (310)388.0471 or orders@isabellasCookies.com Upon receiving your fax or email, we will then contact you to gather your payment information. Please DO NOT send your credit card information via email.
Be Sure to include: 1) Your billing address and contact information 2) The product(s) you wish to send and the recipient's name and address 3) Gift messages(s) of 20-25 words

How do I know my online order was received at your company?

You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been received. Please review the information provided - that way, we are able to make any necessary adjustments before shipping your order.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Please call us toll free at (877)318.1920 and we will do our best to assist you.
Note: Your order cannot be changed or cancelled once it has been packed for shipping. We run a continuous packing operation (especially during holidays) and packages are loaded onto Federal Express trucks all day long. You can imagine how hard it would be to go hunting for one item buried somewhere in a Fedex truck! So if you need to change something, call us ASAP and no later than 3:00 PM the day before the order is due to ship.

My credit card wasn't charged, did my order go through?

You will receive an e-mail confirmation once we receive your order, but your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship.

What is the status of my order?

When you place your order on the website or by phone, if you provide an email address, you will receive an email on the evening that your package(s) ships out from our bakery. This email will contain the tracking number for the package(s), which you can then use to track your package here.

When will I receive a tracking number?

To obtain tracking information for all of your orders, simply sign into your customer account and click on "Check on my order status/history" then click "Track Order". Can I pick up my order?

We offer a pick up option for all online orders at our production kitchen during regular business hours Monday-Friday 11:00AM-4:00PM. Choose the "I want to pick it up" Option. We will have it packed and ready for you.

Can you bill my company for corporate orders?

Sure! Just call our corporate department between 7:30 AM-3:00 PM PST Monday through Friday to speak with us about setting up a company account.

We have seasonal collections that are available only during specific months due to the seasonal ingredients we use in the cookies. Check back frequently for new collections!
