Hello,

I wanted to contact you today regarding an unfortunate experience I had with your Isabellas ginger cookies. I purchased four bags of your cookies during a recent get together for my co-workers and close friends. There was no sign of external damage to the bags. However, the cookies had an off taste (and to a few of my friends an off smell). Five of us who tried the cookies (including myself) experienced nausea with abdominal pain within 2 hours of consumption. One of my guests who is a physician raised concern for potential food poisoning and per his recommendation we disposed of the remaining cookies.

I am glad that nobody required medical attention. I thought to bring this matter to your attention as I thought this was important for you to know. Moreover, without a receipt or the products I could not return the cookies to my local Whole foods. Hence I’m reaching out to you for a refund of my total purchase price of $27.96. I thank you for your understanding.
